Co – Founders
In 2009, close friends Millie Stephanie, Magda Hutagalung and Mayke Sumarauw (late) came together with a mutual desire to do more for the children of Indonesia. They decided they would focus on one goal; to spread basic education to children in their formative years. Together, these four ladies started Yayasan Pansophia Nusantara.
That same year, a small school with just 30 kids in the impoverished area of Dadap, Tangerang was set up. That was the beginning of an on-going mission to spread education to children. Other like-minded friends soon joined them. The right people came at the right time, sharing the same goal to be of service and give back.
Other locations around and outside Jakarta were also established one after the other.
Today, Pansophia Nusantara has 1 learning center and 3 schools in Jakarta and Bali.
The Foundation continues to support and establish educational facilities where possible to help provide a better future for the children of Indonesia.
